Upon completing his education, Darryl embarked on a career in marketing at AT&T, where he applied the discipline and dedication he learned as a student-athlete. Beyond his corporate success, Darryl channeled his passion for sports and community service into founding Elite Sports, a non-profit organization dedicated to serving inner-city youth, impacting over 1500 young lives.
